What this handbook is
A visual, structured study system for Product Management, built from your 55-lecture course study guide and extended to the 12 Product Core modules. It is designed for three jobs: learning, applying, and interview preparation.
Source integrity
- Content marked "From your course notes" is preserved from your PDF study guide, with the guide's own corrections applied.
- Content marked "Hypothetical example" uses invented numbers for teaching. It is never presented as real company data.
- Company examples use only widely known public facts and are labelled as illustrative. Nothing here claims a real company's results.
- Lectures 44 and 54 had no recordings; this handbook says nothing about their content.
- The curriculum screenshot did not arrive, so module titles come from your brief and are provisional.
How each topic is taught
Three depths, marked by colour:
- Level 1 · Beginner — plain English.
- Level 2 · Working PM — how you use it in daily work.
- Level 3 · Senior PM — strategy, trade-offs, money and risk.
Around those you will find worked examples, visuals, common mistakes, interview angles, exercises with model answers (hidden until you click), key takeaways and a short quiz.
Suggested path
- Modules 1 → 3: role, strategy, discovery.
- Modules 4 → 7: framing, UX, communication, analytics (the highest-leverage skills in interviews).
- Modules 8 → 9: growth and technical fluency.
- Modules 10 → 12: AI foundations, building with AI, agentic systems.
- Throughout: use the Framework Library, Case Studies and Interview Handbook; complete the Projects for your portfolio.
